Patricia is a Senior Executive Coach with 16 years of business management experience and 9 years of experience as internal coach. She is truly passionate about helping Leaders release their potential and achieve great values-based performance.
 

As an Executive Coach, Patricia has been helping leaders achieve great levels of performance in current roles and prepare for successful performance in future roles. She has strongly contributed to build up their awareness of what great looks like for them, of the external and internal factors that may impact their success and has worked with them to design and implement action plans that can get them from where they are to where they want to be as effective business leaders.

Her serenity and consistency coupled with her strong results orientation and commitment to deliver expected changes enable her to build enduring trust relationships with her business partners. Her leadership assessment tools and coaching methodology have been offering fact based, analytical and actionable reflections. She can bring different perspectives in a fully supportive and constructive manner and help find the most suitable solutions to the challenges ahead.

She has also developed specific experience as a coach and mentor in supporting other women in leadership positions to develop their leadership skills and unlock their potential to successfully grow their careers.

With her knowledge and experience in business management and organizational culture, she brings an insightful perspective that helps establish a common platform of understanding of situations and challenges.

Patricia has a Master Degree in Organisational Behaviour and is currently completing a Ph.D in Business Management and her qualification as a professional coach by the Institute of Leadership & Management.

1 High ethical standards

All TIP coaches are bound by the following principles:

Code of Ethics

  • I will, at the beginning of each coaching relationship, ensure that my coaching client understands the terms of the coaching agreement between us.

  • I will not claim or imply outcomes that I cannot guarantee.

  • I will be alert to noticing when my client is no longer benefiting from our coaching relationship and thus would be better served by another coach or by another resource and, at that time, I will encourage my client to make that change.

  • I will avoid conflicts between my interests and the interests of my clients.

  • I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects well on coaching as a profession and I will refrain from doing anything that harms the public's understanding or acceptance of coaching as a profession.

  • I will identify my level of coaching competence to the best of my ability and I will not overstate my qualifications, expertise or experience as a coach.

  • I will respect the confidentiality of my client's information, except as otherwise authorized by my client, or as required by law.

  • I will obtain permission from each of my clients before releasing their names as clients or references.

  • Whenever the potential for a conflict of interest arises, I will, on a timely basis, discuss the conflict with my supervisor and my client to reach informed agreement with my client on how to deal with it in whatever way best serves my client.

  • I will, on a timely basis, disclose to my client all compensation from third parties that I may receive for referrals of, or advice given to, that client.

  • I will honor every term of agreements I make with my clients and, if separate, with whoever compensates me for the coaching of my clients.

  • I will not give my clients or any prospective clients information or advice I know to be confidential, misleading or beyond my competence.

  • I will acknowledge the work and contributions of others; I will respect copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights and I will comply with applicable laws and my agreements concerning these rights.





Confidentiality

All TIP coaches are bound to sign an agreement with their coachees with the following principles:


  • The primary principle is that all information exchanged between Coach and Coachee is confidential between those two parties and will not be divulged to a third party except under the following conditions:
    • It is necessary to prevent physical harm to a third party
    • It is necessary to prevent a danger to life to a third party
    • There is clear evidence of an intention to commit a criminal act.

  • The Coachee has a right to discuss and divulge his/her own experience and learning obtained from the session to a third party

  • The Coach may make appropriate notes concerning each session as long as all reasonable efforts are made to ensure that these remain confidential

  • The Coach may disclose specific information if informed consent has been obtained from the coachee.
